Thursday’s Writing Exercise

Okay–this is an easy one for you today.

We want you to write a piece about four ‘new’ girls who have arrived at school. Voice is your choice as long as you are writing for children or YA audiences.

Here is what we know about the characters:
These girls are something else.
One is hot (you can decide the meaning of this word) no matter what she wears.
One just landed a movie deal with Disney.
One is brilliant with language but not so great with people.
One is super klutsy.

The girls haven’t been at school long and already “things” are starting to happen.

500 words, please.

Get ready, get set, GO!

Best piece wins a popular paperback series. We’ll give you until Tuesday next week to complete this exercise.
