Writing, writing, writing–Day Ten!

Today-30 minutes on, 30 off.

Every other 30 minutes (except when I must go pay some bills and buy some things from the herb store) will be for my writing.

“Whenever I’m asked why Southern writers particularly have a penchant for writing about freaks, I say it is because we are still able to recognize one.”

Boy, isn’t that the truth?

And it’s Miss Flannery again. (Sigh) Yes, I am in love.

Are you working with freaks?

Are you writing about them?

Are you Southern?

How’s your writing going?

How are you feeling?

Are you tired?

Can you believe the sun it out here in UT?

Can you believe that we are getting closer to the end of this marathon?

Have you trusted yourself to write?

Have you trusted your story to lead you?

If you could change one thing about your writing what would it be?

A friend of mine sold a book yesterday.

I taught.

Ha! I also got to see Ann Dee AND Kyra. Two of my favorite people.

Last question:

What are you doing reading questions? Get to writing!

I didn’t get much writing done during the day yesterday, but I had a productive two hours just after midnight. Got my final chapter re-outlined. Today I will rewrite it.

My marathon goal is to finish the revisions on my book. With so many interruptions (like eating and errands) I might not make it, but I will be close.
